(together with its subsidiaries &#8220;Plastiflex Group&#8221;), a Belgian portfolio company of the IK SC III fund advised by IK Partners, on the acquisition of Walter Potthoff GmbH.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walter Potthoff GmbH, based in Kierspe near Wuppertal, is a manufacturer of high-end plastic components and systems, particularly for medical technology.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plastiflex Group, headquartered in Beringen, Belgium, is a leading global manufacturer of spiral tubes and hose systems for medical and industrial applications. Founded in 1953, the Plastiflex Group today employs over 1,000 people at seven production sites and subsidiaries. Since its foundation, the Plastiflex Group has developed into the world&#8217;s leading supplier of customized tubing systems for customers in the medical and industrial technology sectors.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Walter Potthoff GmbH, the Plastiflex Group will have eight production sites around the world with clean room production capacities in North America, Europe and Asia.
