TeamVet Beteiligungs GmbH (“TeamVet”), based in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, is a rapidly growing partnership of 15 practices and clinics active in veterinary medicine with the aim of promoting professional cooperation between the clinics and realizing revenue and cost synergies within the network. Pferdeklinik Burg M\u00fcggenhausen GmbH, based in Weilerswist near Bonn, operates a leading German equine clinic with a current total of 15 veterinarians. The M\u00fchlen GbR equine clinic, based in the Oldenburg M\u00fcnsterland region between Bremen and Osnabr\u00fcck, has nine vets and a special focus on reproductive medicine.<\/p>\n\n
In connection with the acquisition of the equine clinics, TeamVet was able to gain Haspa BGM, a subsidiary of Hamburger Sparkasse AG, as a silent partner for the further growth of the network. Haspa BGM quietly and openly invests in companies with a turnover of EUR 10 to 300 million.<\/p>\n\n
