B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG with its headquarters in Norderstedt, Germany, is an international trading firm for pharmaceutical raw materials, dietary supplement products and raw materials of the veterinary industry with a focus on European distribution.

TAO Cosmetics Trading GmbH, headquartered in Ammersbek, Germany, is a provider of finished cosmetic products developed in the interaction of cosmetics and dermatology.B.M.P Pharma Trading AG acquires 100 percent of TAO Cosmetics Trading GmbH. The transaction is expected to be completed on the closing date in early November 2020. Both parties have agreed to keep the exact purchase price confidential.
