Renzenbrink & Partner advises the sole shareholder of the Paletti Group on sale to MIB Industriebeteiligungen

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised the sole shareholder of the Paletti Group on the conclusion of a contract for the sale of 100% of the shares in the Paletti Group including all operational real estate.

The Paletti Group is an international manufacturer of profile systems as well as high-precision and measuring equipment made of aluminium profiles with headquarters in Minden and subsidiaries in the USA and Great Britain. Founded in 1990 by Helmuth Kahl, the company has a wide range of more than 450 different profiles and connectors, which are sold individually or as integrated system solutions.

MIB, founded in Wuppertal in April 2019 and geared towards growth, specialises in the acquisition, long-term support and continuation of medium-sized manufacturing companies. The MIB management offers expert and advisory support to the local management in the sustainable business development of its affiliates, while providing them with the adequate flexibility to manage the company’s development successfully.
