Renzenbrink & Partner advises ABOUT YOU on the foundation of LeGer GmbH

As part of their already existing operational partnership, ABOUT YOU and Lena Gercke have founded LeGer GmbH under which the fashion label „LeGer“ will be distributed in the future.

ABOUT YOU offers an assortment of more than 2,000 fashion brands through its customized online store in 23 countries, making it one of the largest fashion and lifestyle platforms in Europe. ABOUT YOU generated sales of EUR 1.17 billion in the 2020/21 financial year.

The brand „LeGer“ is the fashion label of model, presenter and fashion designer Lena Gercke and is one of the best-selling brands at ABOUT YOU. The label is to be further expanded under the joint umbrella.

Renzenbrink & Partner comprehensively advised ABOUT YOU on all legal and tax aspects of the foundation and on the future structure of the shareholder relationship as well as the integration of the operational relationships.
