The tax team of Renzenbrink & Partner advises shareholders of the German FilaTech Group in the context of its sale to PREMIUM Equity Partners

Renzenbrink & Partner has successfully advised shareholders of the FilaTech Group, Remagen, in tax matters in the context of the sale of the group to PREMIUM Equity Partners including the structuring of a re-investment. A team from LOSCHELDER provided the corporate/transaction law advice.
For more than 30 years, the FilaTech Group has been a leading global system provider of hollow fiber spinning systems and the cleaning of metallic filters. Other core competencies include the planning, layout and supply of hollow filament membrane spinning systems, the development of hollow filament membranes for all applications, the analysis of raw and auxiliary materials for hollow filament membrane production and the planning, layout and supply of cleaning systems for all types of metallic filters. FilaTech has already installed more than 40 hollow fiber spinning lines for the production of membrane fibers for the manufacture of dialyzers for the blood washing and develops them further in order to remain the technology leader.
Renzenbrink & Partner advised the sellers comprehensively on the tax aspects of the transaction with a team consisting of Marc H. Kotyrba and Dr Toufic Schilling (both Tax).
