Renzenbrink & Partner advises Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank on the refinancing of the YAVEON Group, in which, among others, an Unigestion SA advised fund and the management are significantly involved. The Volksbank team lead by Andreas Schmidt and Carsten Ihlenfeld assisted the financing exclusively.

YAVEON provides integrated business IT, in particular area-specific ERP industry solutions to improve business processes, primarily for the life sciences industry. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has developed steadily and now offers many other software solutions, such as BI, ECM and QM.

Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank regularly provides acquisition financing for medium-sized companies in the German-speaking market, both in bilateral financing and in club deals. Renzenbrink & Partner supports Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank on a regular basis.
