Renzenbrink & Partner supports Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank on the financing of the acquisition of Etiscan Identifikationssysteme GmbH by VIA equity.

Etiscan Identifikationssysteme GmbH specializes in barcode and RFID identification solutions for well-known customers from various business sectors, such as Siemens, Carl Zeiss and PepsiCo. Etiscan convinces with its large barcode and RFID experience, a wide and high-quality hardware assortment, the complete service system and own software development. The owner-managed company based near Frankfurt now intends to accelerate its growth with VIA equity.

Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank regularly provides acquisition financing for medium-sized companies in the German-speaking market, both in bilateral financing and in club deals. Renzenbrink & Partner supports Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank on a regular basis.
