Renzenbrink & Partner advises Thomas Meyer GmbH and Thomas Meyer Family Foundation on the sale of TKM Group to Groz-Beckert

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised Thomas Meyer GmbH and the Thomas Meyer Family Foundation on the sale of the TKM Group to Groz-Beckert on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The sellers were also advised on tax matters by Michael Wild, Partner at WTS.

The TKM Group is the world’s leading manufacturer of machine knives, particularly for the wood, metal and plastics processing industries. Groz-Beckert is the world market leader for industrial machine needles, precision parts and fine tools for the production and joining of textile fabrics.

The acquisition is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
