Renzenbrink & Partner advises the lenders, funds managed by ODDO BHF Asset Management GmbH, Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank and Sparkasse Rhein-Nahe, on the financing of the acquisition of Christian Koenen GmbH by Afinum.

The Munich based Christian Koenen Group is a leading specialist for high precision premium stencils and screens for technical printing in which are broadly applied across the electronics industry. The precision tools from the Christian Koenen Group are often uniquely developed and comply with the highest accuracy requirements.
