Renzenbrink & Partner advises shareholders of sh+ on exit to ORARA, an Auctus portfolio company

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised the shareholders of sh+ GmbH (sh+) on the sale of their shares to ORARA Holding GmbH (ORARA), a portfolio company of Auctus Capital.

Sh+ is specialized in project management and steering services for building construction and infrastructure projects.

ORARA is the holding company of various planning and consulting companies in the real estate sector. ORARA aims to establish a supra-regional, midsize planning group.

Renzenbrink & Partner advised the shareholders of sh+ comprehensively on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction with a team consisting of Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink and Moritz Rojek (both Corporate/M&A) and Marc Holger Kotyrba and Dr. Toufic Schilling (both Tax).
