Renzenbrink & Partner advises Scandio GmbH, a Triton-portfolio company, on the acquisition of the Atlassion business of K15t GmbH

Scandio, part of Northern Europe’s leading tech consulting group HiQ and a Triton-portfolio company, is a high-end digital transformation services company offering IT-consulting, agile/custom development and cloud technology enabled solutions. These services are offered to a large customer base, including Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, BMW, Siemens, Infineon and Carmeq (VW).

The acquisition of the Atlassion consulting business from K15t GmbH continues HiQ Group’s strong growth in the German tech consulting market and as a leading provider of tech consulting in Northern Europe.

The Renzenbrink & Partner team consisted of Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink (Corporate/PE), Dr. Alexander Haunschild and Jonas Hamm (both Corporate/PE). In addition, Dr. Charlotte Beck from Altenburg provided legal advice to Scandio on selected employment law questions.

A team led by Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink also advised HiQ on the recently completed acquisition of Scandio by HiQ and HiQ’s entry into the German market.
