Renzenbrink & Partner advises Quanos/ Keensight on acquisition of Fischer Information Technology

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised Quanos Solutions GmbH, a portfolio company of Keensight Capital, on the acquisition of Fischer Information Technology.

Quanos is a global leader in industrial aftersales and digital technical documentation software. Fischer Information Technology specializes in the digitalization of product information and software solutions for technical documentation.

Renzenbrink & Partner comprehensively advised the Quanos on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction with a team consisting of Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink, Marc Kotyrba and Dr. Dennis Schlottmann as well as Dr. Andreas Sandberger, Dr. Alexander Haunschild, Dr. Toufic Schilling, Moritz Rojek and John Varga. A KNPZ-team advised on the IP/ IT aspects of the transaction.

Last year Renzenbrink & Partner had already advised Quanos und Keensight on the acquisition of plusmeta GmbH, an AI-specialist.
