Renzenbrink & Partner advises E-Commerce Software Group on acquisition of DemoUp Cliplister

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) in connection with the acquisition of DemoUp Cliplister GmbH.

Based in Berlin, Germany, DemoUp Cliplister is a leader in digital product presentation, providing visual content management, distribution and analytics solutions through its platform. These have been used successfully by global brands and the largest retailers in Europe for over 10 years. The company focuses on markets such as consumer electronics, DIY, household goods and sports. The platform enables brands to optimally prepare visual content and display it on online retailers’ websites at the touch of a button using integrated interfaces.

E-Commerce Software Group combines the multichannel e-commerce software Billbee, the tax and invoicing tool Amazervice, the merchandise management system VentoryOne and the product data management and marketplace connector tool Channel Pilot and now also DemoUp Cliplister under one roof. Renzenbrink & Partner has advised E-Commerce Software Group in connection with the acquisition of numerous of the aforesaid companies.
