Renzenbrink & Partner advises CONET on the acquisition of ISB

The IT consulting firm CONET, recently acquired by IK Partners, is implementing its growth strategy with the acquisition of the software developer ISB from Karlsruhe. Going forward, CONET and ISB will bundle industry expertise, development experience and consulting know-how.

The financial terms of the transaction, which is subject to clearance by the relevant antitrust authorities until further notice, were not disclosed.

CONET offers SAP consulting, communications solutions, software development and managed services to the public and private sectors in the areas of Cyber Security, Cloud, Mobility and Data Intelligence. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Hennef, Germany, the company employs over 1,100 people in 13 offices in Germany, Austria and Croatia.

ISB AG develops customized software solutions and covers the areas of software engineering as well as IT consulting. As an innovative IT service provider, ISB AG has been supporting customers from industry and public administration in the implementation of their software development projects for three decades.
