Renzenbrink & Partner advises Cable Connectivity Group on the acquisition of ConCab kabel GmbH

Renzenbrink & Partner advised Cable Connectivity Group (“CCG”), a portfolio company of Torqx Capital Partners (“Torqx”), on the acquisition of ConCab kabel GmbH (“ConCab”).

ConCab, based in Mainhardt near Stuttgart, is a well-established German supplier of industrial cables and accessories with a worldwide customer base.

CCG, headquartered in Benthuizen, the Netherlands, is a leading pan-European supplier of cables and ready-to-connect cable systems. CCG was founded in 2019 through the merger of several successful companies in the cable and connectivity industry. The CCG companies produce, distribute and assemble special cables as well as cable harnesses and accessories and employ a total of over 600 people. The CCG companies have a global customer base in end markets such as mechanical engineering, agriculture, crane and lift industry, healthcare and medical technology, railway, shipping, offshore, food and beverage installations, aerospace.

Torqx invests primarily in mid-sized companies in the Benelux with a focus on growth, buy-and-build and turnaround scenarios and is backed by large and renowned international institutional investors.

Renzenbrink & Partner advised CCG on the acquisition of ConCab with a team consisting of partner Dr Niels Maier and associate Antonia Neumerkel (both Corporate/Private Equity).
