Renzenbrink & Partner advised svt group on the acquisition of Endreß Ingenieurgesellschaft

Renzenbrink & Partner advised svt Group, a portfolio company of Ergon Capital, on the acquisition of Endreß Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Brandschutzsachverständige („Endreß“).

svt, headquartered in Seevetal near Hamburg, is a leading pan-European supplier of passive fire protection products, installation and refurbishment services and generates annual sales of more than EUR 300 million with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. Endreß is a leading engineering company for the conceptual planning and organization of fire protection with almost 100 employees at several locations in Germany.

Endreß will form a business unit with SIGRA Brandschutz GmbH („SIGRA“). SIGRA is a member of the svt group of companies since several years and an expert for fire protection concepts and safety graphics. The merger of the two companies is expected to provide enhanced support for supra-regional customers throughout Germany as a result of the expanded know-how and network.
